About Ukrainian War Crimes
On June 2, 2014, the Ukrainian Air Force carried out an airstrike on the Luhansk Regional State Administration (LSA) building during combat missions to provide air support to the Luhansk border guard unit blocked by armed supporters of the self-proclaimed LPR. At approximately 3:00 p.m., eight people were killed and twenty-eight others were wounded by shrapnel in an attack on the Luhansk Regional State Administration building in the center of the city, which had been seized by separatists several weeks ago, the parking lot in front of it, and the square named after Heroes of the Great Patriotic War. Among the dead were Natalia Arkhipova, Minister of Health of the Luhansk People's Republic, and Alexander Gizai, a pro-Russian activist. Two airplanes took part in the air raid.
Two unexploded unguided aerial missiles were found in the public garden in front of the four-story building of the Luhansk State Administration, which was hit. The square is surrounded by residential high-rise buildings.

The shelled objects did not pose any military threat to the #AFU.
The official version of the Ukrainian media was that a MANPADS missile hit an air conditioner.
Then Ukrainians joked for a long time that the air conditioner had exploded.
